1. Information Collection
ILSI Cooperation collects the necessary information to process B2B transactions and customs procedures, including:
- Identification Information: Business Name, Business License, Tax ID (TIN), Representative Name.
- Transaction Information: Order details, Commercial Invoice, Packing List.
- Payment Information: Bank account details, credit history (for Gold/Platinum members).
- Digital Data: IP address, freight search history, and website behavior to improve user experience.
2. Scope of Information Use
We commit to using your information solely for the following purposes:
- Processing orders and performing logistics services.
- Customs Clearance in accordance with legal regulations.
- Issuing transport documents (Bill of Lading, C/O).
- Sending notifications about order status and exclusive offers for members.
3. Third-Party Information Sharing
As a multimodal transport operator, ILSI commits not to sell, exchange, or disclose customer information to third parties, except for:
- Customs Authorities and Port Authorities (mandatory by law).
- International shipping partners (Shipping Lines, Airlines) to complete the delivery route.
* We absolutely do not sell customer data to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data Security
The ILSI website is protected by SSL certificates and server firewall systems. Important documents (Contracts, Invoices) are stored on a high-security cloud system, accessible only by authorized personnel.

Electronic Contract for ILSI Services
1. Scope of Services
ILSI provides a B2B trading connection platform and comprehensive logistics solutions.
- We assume responsibility for goods from the time of receipt at the sender’s warehouse to delivery at the receiver’s warehouse (Door-to-Door).
2. Liability for Damage & Loss
Scope of Liability: ILSI is responsible for compensation if goods are damaged, broken, wet, or lost during transportation due to ILSI’s fault (improper loading/unloading, vehicle accidents, poor warehouse storage).
Compensation Levels:
- With Cargo Insurance: Compensation of 100% of the declared value according to the insurance contract.
- Without Insurance: Compensation limited to a maximum of 10 times the shipping freight of that shipment (in accordance with international practices).
Exclusions: ILSI is not liable for damages caused by improper packing by the Seller or due to the inherent nature of the goods (e.g., expired food products).
3. Liability for Delay
- Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA): ETA is an estimate and not a fixed commitment unless there is a separate “Guaranteed Delivery” agreement.
- Delay Compensation Policy: If delivery is delayed by more than 05 days (domestic) or 15 days (international) due to ILSI’s operational faults, we will discount 2-5% of the shipping freight for that order.
- Force Majeure: ILSI is exempted from liability in cases of natural disasters, storms, floods, war, epidemics, port strikes, or sudden changes in customs inspection policies of the host country.
4. Payment Rights & Obligations
- Payment Terms: Customers are obligated to pay full freight and goods costs on time (Net 15, Net 30, Net 45 depending on membership tier).
- Gold Member Privilege: For Gold Members, the credit payment term is extended up to 45 days. Overdue payments will be subject to interest penalties according to current regulations.
- Lien on Goods: ILSI reserves the right to hold goods (Lien) if the customer fails to fulfill payment obligations overdue by 30 days.
5. Order Cancellation Policy
- Before goods leave the warehouse: Free cancellation (may be subject to a small processing fee).
- After customs clearance / In transit: Order cancellation is NOT allowed. The customer bears the full round-trip shipping cost if they refuse to receive the goods.
