Shipping and Delivery Policy

ILSI provides integrated multimodal transport solutions:

• Domestic Flow: Utilizing ILSI’s truck fleet and partners for Door-to-Door delivery to agents, supermarkets, and restaurants (HORECA) across Vietnam.
• International Flow:
  • Sea Freight: For large volume orders (FCL/LCL).
  • Air Freight: For samples or urgent shipments.
  • Incoterms Support: Full support for EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP conditions.

• Warehouse Processing Time: 24 – 48 hours after payment confirmation.
• Transit Time:
  • Domestic: 1 – 5 working days depending on the region.
  • International (EU/US): 25 – 45 days depending on the shipping schedule and destination port.

• ILSI’s “Instant Freight Calculator” system will accurately calculate shipping freight, Terminal Handling Charges (THC), and estimated import taxes immediately upon ordering.
• No Hidden Fees Commitment: The total cost displayed at Checkout is the final cost.

• At Origin: ILSI is responsible for loading goods onto the transport vehicle at the departure warehouse.
• At Destination: The Buyer is responsible for arranging manpower/equipment for unloading goods from the truck/container at the destination warehouse (unless a separate unloading service agreement exists).
